Solve : Printing Problem with Excel?

Answer»

I am using, on my computer, Windows XP. On my computer I have installed an HP 2506 Color Laser Jet printer several months ago. I am able to print in color using any application (i.e. Microsoft Word, internet pages, e-mail, ETC.) except for when I'm using Microsoft Excel 2003. I have spreadshets with several rows highlight in several different colors, and every time I TRY to print it on the HP printer, it won't print in color, it prints grayscale. How do I fix this? Thanks! Open Excel...

1) From Excel's toolbar...click File and then Page Setup.
2) Click the Options button.
3) Click the Advanced tab.
4) Make SURE Print in Grayscale is NOT selected.
5) Make sure Automatic Image Enhancement is selected. After I click on the "Options" button, there is no "Advanced" tab, just and "Advance" button. After I click on that, there is nothing about grayscale or automatic imgae enhancement....I DEFINITELY went to File-Page Setup, but am not seeing what you're describing. What version of Excel? I'm using 2000.It is Microsoft Excel 2003.Here ya go...
