Solve : problem opening a file after sucessful installation after download? |

Answer» This probably shows what a rookie I am, but I can't open a file I downloaded to my DOCUMENTS. I get a message window that states "Windows cannot open this file; it NEEDS to know what program created it." This happens when I click "open" I can't determine what information I need or how to SUPPLY it. Their forum won't answer the INQUIRY I made. it is "ivy generator" you can google it and try it yourself.
