Answer» Daughter did SOMETHING.. When PRINTING in Microsoft word, I am asked to save the document. It saves it as a .XPS and will not print. How do I fix this?GO to save and at the bottom of the popup window this brings up should be a pull down menu that says Save as TYPE click on the arrow to expand out the options and change back to save as a word document.Select File from the toolbar Select Print... Select your printer from the dropdown menu instead of the CURRENTLY selected "Microsoft XPS Document Writer".
