KatiAre you STILL having this issue? Your post here almost a month old. I need to know more information about your computer to tell you. Seems to me like you have Win9X. These links might help you:
http://driveragent.com/?PHPSESSID=1u14f7en020gprtf4194p28401 - have to be a pay member to download your update drivers. At least it scan your computer and tells you what drivers you need. So you know what driver to look for on the web.
http://www.driverguide.com/ - not sure, it's FREE or pay.
