Answer» I was able to download and view photos (all) without a problem, then about 5 or 6 weeks ago I couldn't get a photo to open in email. I get run window, then open, then allow to open. then nothing. and I can't find the photos anywhere on computer. also before I could download the attach photo (small) into PICTURES and then when I double clicked it would be big, not now now it stays the same as seen in the attachment line. thanks for any help.Which program are you using to download and view your photos?You have ANOTHER post about an email problem. Did both problems SHOW up at the same time? Which email client are you using? What HAPPENED just before these problems AROSE? |
