I am back to tell you all that i resolved my problem with my COMPUTER's op. to refresh your memory, I had POSTED a topic about my windows op was locked up during setup which was titled problem with windows xp pro setup by pop12. If anyone has had a similiar problem the only solution I found was to use the original recovery discs to reload the op and programs that were on the computer when it was purchased. The problem I had was I was not PROVIDED with the recovery cds when I purchased the computer. The solution I came up with was to go to a web site where HP has support services and there i found a real time chat window and was able to secure an order for the recovery cds for my computer. Now I am surfing once again and I wanted to thank you for your helpful support especially GX1 guy.
