OK, I did everything according to what you have said, I tried to REINSTALL the driver and everything, but at the end COMES up a window saying: Cannot install this hardware, because the wizard cannot find the necessary software. I followed the 15 step 'manual' you advised, but I do not know where the problem is now.After another try, I got a window saying I need to update plug and paly driver? What is the message and what did you do to GET it? As the 'manual' says, I OPENED the folder you downloaded for me (thanks) and I followed it. I tried to reinstall the driver from WIn XP folder. But at the end comes up a window saying: Cannot install this hardware, because the wizard cannot find the necessary software. Well, to be honest, I have been drained out of ideas.......... |
