Solve : problems opening my computer? |

Answer» I have windows ME and I tried OPENING my computer and control panel and all I get is a little box whith an x in it. It says there are objects but nothing comes up. I don't know what to do! Help me please! tools/ internet options/advanced ...restore defaults...I am having that same problem. But I'm afraid that Merlin's advice didn't work for me. I tried restoring everything to DEFAULT but I'm still getting the little box INSTEAD of my files. Help would be GREATLY appreciatedMargo/Sonia......So when you click on the my computer icon on your desk top ........it doesnt show the DRIVES .....do I have that right. Now you say you see a little square box with a X in it (is it red ) and its says there are items in it ............Have you D/l and kind of updates just prior to this occurring or exactly what were you doing prior to this starting ? |
