I TRIED uninstalling a program from my computer today but for some reason it's still on there. I uninstalled it from Control Panel => Install/uninstall programs. The program is FlyakiteOSX.

The uninstall process works fine but at the end of it I get a message saying some parts could not be uninstalled. What should I do?

I'm running Microsoft XPYou should delete the LEFTOVER parts yourself.If I knew how to do that I WOULD have done so...

The screen that advised you of the leftovers would have also had a details button on it to show you what was leftover.I tried uninstalling again and it said "Uninstallation finished" I rebooted and it's still there. :S

[edit]Nevermind, apparently I had to uninstall different parts of it from different places. Weird programs.. ANYWAY, thank you for the advice. Appreciate it.[/edit]This is the probably result of a poorly written installer. CCleaner can remove the entry and clean up any left over registry entries.
As for what's left of the program installation, search for it on your hard drive(s) and delete it.Thanks Backdated, I managed to get rid of all the files pertaining to that program. And yes, it was indeed a poorly written program. That's partly the reason why I got rid of it.
