Answer» Every month I send out a newsletter converted from Pub to PDF. This month however, it opens in a Acrobat Reader file and the setup doesn't look as professional as it has "things to do" on each side. It is quite different. I know I have been fiddling with the Flash Players, and really not quite sure which ones I should have enabled or disabled - and wondered if that was the problem. I will send the attachment for flash players, and also part of the setup for the newsletter which I dont like. Hope you can help.
[attachment DELETED by admin to conserve space]Sorry ignore the middle attachment which I cannot remove. How are you doing these conversions ? ?Through Zamzar, (free) tho I've tried others - they all come out the same - I think Adobe must have altered their format See Here...I thought I followed the instructions one at a time, but when I got to "SAVE as" and "postscript" I got a message saying "There are no PostScript printers installed. To choose the command you must first INSTAL a Postscript Printer" - How do I do that I am using Publisher 2003If you GO to your Control Panel and open Devices and Printers, do you see a "printer" there with PDF in its name? For example, I am using Foxit Reader with WINDOWS 10. My Devices and Printers panel shows Foxit Reader PDF Printer. If I select that as the printer when I start a print command, the output goes to a PDF file, not to my Brother printer for printout on paper. Nice catch as usual Soybean....
