Answer» When I click delte on an EMAIL MESSAGE that is in my inbox, a line goes through it. But the email stays in my inbox. I got it to work on my outlook express on my other computer, but i have REGULAR outlook on this computer. i FORGOT what option i can click to have the messages i delete to be deleted from my inbox, NOT SIMPLY marked with a line through the email.Go to Edit on the menu bar and select Purge Deleted Messages.
