Answer» I keep having a terrible time telling what modes I'm in. For example, if you want to edit something, wouldn't you click on the edit BUTTON? My sister keeps saying that I'm in walk mode, but it doesn't say walk at the top, and I'm able to walk. Here is a picture so you can see what I'm TALKING about. Thanks, Amy
[Saving SPACE, attachment deleted by admin]the "standard" way is to show on the button what mode you will switch to when you click; If this was the case here, then when you are in "Walk" mode, it would say edit, and if your in edit mode, it will say walk.
Some programs/games have a different idea and instead show the current mode.
Personally- I go with a combination I'll have the button show the next mode, and also show the current mode somewhere.Sometimes it seems to work differently. Like today I'm SITTING there trying to move THINGS around the room and I hit 'edit' so I can edit and it wont work right sometimes.
