Answer» A few days ago a select keyboard layout screen popped up on my computer and it wouldn't let me pass it, my mouse and keyboard went dead, and everytime I restarted my computer that same screen popped up. I looked on a few forms about how to get past the page, and imparently it has SOMETHING to do with windows 10, and pretty much the only way to get it BACK is to do a system recovery is that true is there any other way? but any ways I have a HP computer with windows 7 and when I pressed F11 to get to the system recovery it says that my computer has a potential to get wiped out all files and everything? but on the same page it has where you can click file back up and file back up isn't HIGHLIGHTED where I can click it??? so once I PRESS system recovery will they give me a option to back up my files? is there anyway to get my PICTURES off of the computer? I'm at a loss
