Has anyone got the latest version of this player software?

Used to like RealPlayer but since about version 15 or 16 i have become increasingly frustrated with it, its become more and more cloud BASED which is fine but most of the things i use it for are offline and that sideof it is less user friendly these DAYS i feel. RealPlayer Cloud was OK but RealTimes is the worst yet and keeps crashing or freezing when it cant connect to the net.

I am seriously wishing i could do away with it but i have video files that wont play without it as they were created by it. For other files i can use Itunes or Windows Media Player (on 7 at least) in place of RealPlayer, as i am much HAPPIER USING those players.

I would uninstall it and go back to an older version but heres the rub, i cant! The latest RealPlayer seems to have integrated itself into my system and neither Windows Uninstaller, CCleaner, or 'Should I Remove it' can find it to allow me to uninstall it, So I am apparently stuck with it/ I have download files for older versions on the PC but with the newest version on the machine i dont think i can run any of them. This is on windows 7 by the way. Strangely enough i have the previous version of Real Player (Realplayer Cloud) on a machine running 10 and i could uninstall  it fine, but i have no need to.

Any suggestions please?Unhide hidden files, search in the core for the realplayer files, and delete them. maybe that will help?Since posting my Realplayer has updated itself and will now uninstall properly, but I haven't done it because it seems to work better now! Thing is I haven't really FOUND anything to take its place that will play all the file types realplayer does. Win Media Player is OK but not the best an ITUNES is good but again won't do everything Realplayer does so I think I will be sticking to it for now.
