Solve : red and black lines down screen only start in safe mode?

Hi im having trouble with my computer ive already had to reset to factory settings and lost all my personal files. One day a regular windows update was updating then all of a sudden my computer restared its self and when it turned back on there where black and red lines down the screen. Now i have to start it in safe mode with networking, the check for solutions says its something to do with the nvidia GeForce 7500 LE card or driver. I tryed reinstalling the latest driver for the graphics card with no success. As i cannot start in normal mode i can not run windows uptate to see if that will work, i have also reset it to the factory settings with no joy. I dont have any Windows discs, recovery discs or backup discs. Any help will be apprieciated.

Try taking out the video card for a few mins, then reset the bios, then reboot normal and see if this helps, if it doesn't u might want to try a replacement video card and that will determine if th problem is the video card. Check the manual.. .it varies with different boards.  its usually a 'jumper' that needs to be removed, then placed in the pin that is next to it for a couple secs, then replace where it originally came out from...

If u dont have the manual, u could source it online from the manufacturer...
