any other i should KNOW about ?Most people don't need any at all beyond CCleaner. What is your issue?had TuneUp Utilities 2007 installed now can't get it off, it's in the add/remove programs and tried to install it again , but no go, says it's installed yet
Make sure no part of it is actively running when you TRY to reinstall. There should also be an icon in the TuneUp program group to uninstall. You may also want to try Ccleaner in the ISSUES tab after all of this is done.
Was this a legal copy or a DOWNLOAD from somewhere?You might also try using CCleaner's Uninstall tool. It can be used in lieu of WINDOWS Add or Remove Programs panel. CCleaner's Uninstall tool is under Tools. I believe, in some cases, it may remove a program where Windows Add or Remove Programs will not.was just a trail version, just can't get it off
no real biggie, just want to know for future use ?
may wipe the drive someday
