Use it all the time when my parents need a computer specialist or to set tasks for my PC back home when i'm at WORKI chose TeamViewer after checking a few out.  Really is easy.  The only problem is you can't take back CONTROL after rebooting without permission from the other end.  I read of one that will allow you to do this, after disabling the login password, but it was expensive and I won't be using it enough to justify the cost.
