Answer» Sorry for not updating regularly Broni but life has been very HECTIC lately. Here is the latest: I downloaded the AVG free file you gave the link to. It tells me that AVG 7 is INSTALLED on this system and it is not recommended to install AVG 8. WITHOUT first removing AVG 7. So I tried to go to the file of AVG 8 in the start menu and try the uninstall from there. It then tells me this: Uninstall failed! 1 error occured, Click DETAILS to show information. Then under details it says: (Local machine: prepared for the installation Installation:Error: Uninstallation is not possible. Product not installed.) That's where we are at the moment. What have we got for the hard option?
