ng system i used windows 2000 professionals with service pack 4 after finish repairing start properly but lost data on desktop and my documents how to recover my data this id urgent !!!!!!!

thanks It sounds as if you did an over the top install instead of a repair install...if so your data is gone.
What EXACT method did you USE ? ?
