Hi, i run win xp pro with sp2 on my pc. Whenever i try to install roxio media suite 10 on my pc, it TAKES a long while, about 30 plus minutes to install. After INSTALLATION and UPON opening the software the software's menu loads but hangs when a TASK is selected. Can anyone help me with this matter?Do you have/had another burning software installed in your computer besides Roxio?Yes, i am currently using roxio easy cd/dvd creator 6 which works good for me. I just wanted to upgrade to a program that will allow me to insert chapters when burning my avi files to dvd. I currently cannot do that with version 6.Are these "AHEM" versions of Roxio ? ?
If not they should install properly...
