Answer» I have recently decided to add my wife's email account to our Outlook 2002. She was using Outlook Express before this. I set up multiple inbox folders; one for each e-mail account. Then, I used the Rules Wizard to send emails to the different folders, depending on who they were sent to. For a reason I have yet to figure out, when I try applying the rule to my wife's email, nothing happens. The rule is run but the emails stay in the main inbox, and are not moved to the specific inbox I NAMED for her. The only reason I can think of that might be causing this is I've made her email the default, because she doesn't want to have to remember to change the SENDER in 'options' when she's SENDING an email. Is the fact that her account is the default be the reason behind the rules wizard not functioning properly for her? LANE
