Solve : Runtime Error on WIndows 7~ HELP!?

Every time I try to DOWNLOAD something, It stops downloading and says :

RUNTIME error (at 81:339):
Internal error: Failed to expand shell folder CONSTANT "userappdata"

HELP?!What BROWSER are you using? You could reset your browser to default SETTINGS and try again.
