Answer» Hi My blue disk Samsung System Recovery Media has been badly scratched and is no longer usable . Does anyone have a copy ie an iso that they could email me ASAP please . Its for windows 7 home premium and is the disk that comes with it . Thanks I suggest you contact Samsung.I have done and all they said was download the drivers from their site . but it doesnt seem to be working correctly .
