Answer» So I am trying to scan a document from my HP Envy 5530 and it is outputting several parts of the jpeg in separate jpeg FILES instead of 1 jpeg. SORRY I cannot really explain it better. It does this whether I use the touch screen on the printer or the hp scan software on the desktop. |
