Answer» Windows XP Pro SP2. I have 3 scheduled tasks that run on one of my servers. They are started by a SPECIAL user account that is not used by anyone, it is part of the Administrator Group. My userid is also in the Admin Group. When I log on the 3 jobs are not running. I start them via Scheduled Tasks (as the special user) and I can see the processes running via the Task Manager. If I log off and then log on and LOOK at the process again, they are NOT running.
Any Ideas?Try removing the tick from the "Run only if logged on" check BOX. I double CHECKED the scheduled tasks. The "Run only if logged on" box is not checked. Any other ideas?Is the Task Scheduler service running? i.e. Is it set to Automatic? Is there any information in the log file to indicate any problem with the scheduled tasks?
