Answer» Hello everyone! I am very new here and I have a question that Google has no answer for, as I do not know how to properly describe the PROBLEM, so please bear with me. ...reinstalling Windows 7 32bit,Why? A re-install of Windows 7 is justified in a few cases. What did you do? Did you have a reason to not save the drivers? Please look at your user manual. If you did a re-install by the book, it would not be necessary to update the drivers. But I am often wrong. Maybe somebody else knows more. Is this the computer you have? http://css.sdhc.k12.fl.us/SharedDocuments/HP_Service_Guides/SG_6000pro.pdfDid the video driver come from HP ? ? If not remove the one you installed and use the HP one.I am downloading the driver from HP now. How do I install with these drivers even though I have the other one installed ALREADY? |
