Again, please provide full details. yes old timer is right in the forum and in life the original was in my old drive but being a novice to 2 drives win 7 etc i downloaded it again and then i found it in my new and old drives , deleted the old drive download now it will not work . xp on my old drive win 7 on the new drive . it was saved to programs . i hope i got this right , harry Programs/Accessories/Snipping Tool... They renamed it in Win7...thank you patio and soybean for all your help , now to sort out my printer and hjt this topicsupdate , a pc tech; called to see me and downloaded a printer driver for win 7 , also you have to run hjt under admin STATUS , both working fineGood news indeed Harry...

yes old timer is right in the forum and in life
the original was in my old drive but being a novice to 2 drives win 7 etc i downloaded it again and then i found it in my new and old drives , deleted the old drive download now it will not work .
