I just recently installed server 2003 on my thinkpad R40 and unfortunatley for some reason or another there is no AUDIO device Can anyone give me a clue on what to do to fix thisDid you download and install the audio driver? Just out of CURIOSITY, why a server distro on a laptop?try a WINDOWS UPDATE and see if that finds a driver for your audio

or do you mean there isnt EVEN a audio device listed in the device manager
