1.	Solve : Shared contacts can’t add to address book?
Answer» Hi, I need help with Outlook shared contact. Hope you guys can GIVE me an idea how to RESOLVE the issue we are facing. So I am sharing distribution lists to my team so whenever I am GONE, they can send emails to those groups. The way we do it is to press “to:” and the address book will APPEAR but we can’t find the shared distribution list in the Address Book. Then we FOUND out that we are not able to add the shared contacts to Address Book as the Address Book tab in the shared contacts properties is not there. Can anyone help me with this as I am desperately trying to resolve this issue for weeks now. Any workaround will be a big help. Thanks!!
