Answer» My friend has installed Skype on XP Home but when he tries to sign up, the PROGRAM crashes. He's SCANNED his system for malware and reinstalled Skype lots of times but it keeps happening. Any ideas?Any Error messages?No, none at all, he's just going to try an older VERSION... we've tried everything else.I use Yahoo!'s PC-to-phone service, part of Yahoo! Messenger. It could be an alternative it he can't get Skype working.
