Solve : sleep, "blue" mode?

HP pc enters sleep or blue mode on it's own after 2.4 seconds. Won't start.
Haven't been able to enter Bios.
Does same with everything disconected. Can hear it trying to load for same AMOUNT of time. More info NEEDED. You need to DESCRIBE exaclty what happens during boot up. Do you get an error message? Is it shutting down or rebooting?

Do you mean you have disconnected the hard DISK and ram and ATTEMPTED to boot and still get the same results?
