Answer» hey, im using FrostWire, which garantees turbo CHARGED connection ... when i open it, it say that the connection is extremly strong ... but when i download, the donwloadrate stays between 2 --> 13 kb/s ... i usally donwload from websites at 60 kb/s .... soo, is there something WRONG with my connection or the hosts connection ?You're on a dialup connection, right?Did download SPEED degrade over time, or suddenly drop? Just wondering...Sometimes it TAKES longer to download from some websites. It's not all the same.
