i cannot play my online games and facebook because it keeps closing down. ive gone through the help pages and i been told i need to change the settings and add the extension file name to the list. but i do not know the name of the extension. can anyone help?You have already read this?

i havent downloaded anything that i know of, its just games that run online.McAfee products are the worst. I strongly recommend you uninstall their AV app and replace it with ANY other anti virus (but do replace - don't run without ONE).
