Solve : Software error message? |
|
Answer» I have an error message that I absolutely do not understand. It says, 'Video GROUP Program error, File Ram Pod, Line 326'. What does that message mean? I also have a few more questions as I did a DEEP scan computer check up today. My SOUND system isn't working properly, as well as IE is driving me crazy and I don't know how to set the settings to get thru a firewall. I currently use my telephone comany's DSL service to ACCESS the Internet. I thought though, I would start with the software error message first, and get that out of the way. This computer is second hand, so anything could be wrong, and I wouldn't be aware of it. Thanks for any help, if any is available Veronica LeaWhat software is giving you that error? Where are you posting from, since you can't connect? What's the sound problem? You have to be more specific. The software I used to do the deep scan was Fix It Utilities. I am on AOL, but my DSL is thru AT&T, and they use Internet Explorer. The Video Adapter 1, had a red check mark beside Video Ram. The Network INTERFACE Card 1, had a red check mark next to ping and throughput. The Multimedia System 1, had red check mark next to CDAudio Test and Wave Audio Test. The basic problem with my sound, is it is very low to sometimes none at all, even though I have volume at it's highest setting. My computer has a SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio card. I know nothing about what that card is capable of. I used to use Sound Blaster. As you probably can guess, I'm a bit confused. There is another error message with a number to it, but I can't seem to find it right now. I know I saved it, but exactly where it went, I have to search for it. This is about all the information I can give you at this time. Thanks, Veronica Lea |
