Recently I have developed an educational software in VB.
Now I want to distribute it.
Please TELL me how can I approach the user and distribute my project to them.I have a bad feeling you're going a proprietary software route here with this, SINCE you're using VB. However, I recommend that you find a way to package the box nicely, and become a seller on Amazon.com.

If you want to make it open source, but make it LGPL so people don't mess with it as easy, you can publish it a lot of places, including SourceForge, Launchpad, BerilOS, or other places that I can't name right off hand.
