Solve : software will not open?

Answer» I cannot open my futura software.I last opened it about a month ago and opened just fine.The futura software also has an add on software(AUTO punch)which enchances the futura software by auto-digitizing images.I uninstalled the futura software and then reinstalled it I then opened it and it opened just fine.Then I installed the auto punch software(which installs right into the futura software) I then tried to open the futura software and it doesn't open.What could be going wrong? and how can I fix the problem?Lydia, are you getting any errors or messages when you're trying to open it or is it just not opening. In addition have you CHECKED their website to see if there are any available updates for the program? Finally, what version of Windows are you running?I've got another question... -do you need the add-on to run the software -if not then why WONT you DISABLE it being that it seems to be the problem -have you thought of updating your futura software? (might be an annoying patch to fix this problem.) Hope it works.....=D May we ask for a link to that software maker (+ full NAME of that program)?
