Solve : Sony Picture Package Ver 1.5 for Handycam?

Hi, I have a Sony DCR-HC19 and have been trying to use SPP 1.5. I've been TOLD that SSP doesn't work with XP service pack 2 and that Pixela were working with Sony to try to get a download or new version AVAILABLE. Does ANYONE KNOW whther it is in fact available and where I could get hold of it?
