Answer» I just purchased the Sony PSP. When I plug into the USB to download MP3 files it doesn't show that the PSP is there (removeable DRIVE). It shows up on "Devices" as Unknown device and no drivers are available. It should be able to just Plug and Play without installing any software. This also happens with my digital camera. I purchased a new USB CARD thinking that WOULD help but still get the same PROBLEM. I am running Win98. :-/What does the Sony help site say about this?Absolutely nothing.
