Answer» Iv just reinstalled XP Pro on my mates computer and everything is working as it should i got all the DRIVERS of the dell website and for some reason its tell me that the audio driver im trying to install is incorrect and i dunno how to get the audio working any ideas ?Is there any mark against the audio driver in Device Manager, if so RIGHT click this device, SELECT update driver, let it go on the WEB to try and find a driver, see if that works. If not, download and install PCWizard 2009 http://www.cpuid.com/pcwizard.php, select Multimedia, this will then identify your sound device (Audio device), then you can search for the drivers.
