Could I possibly host the following using a Windows 98SE computer with a 400Mhz PROCESSOR? (Not for serious use, merely an experiment)

I think so... Not sure of some of the specifics, but http://www.zeeblo.com hosts my FORUM... They have occasional downtime, but nothing major. Give them a shot.
