Hello, i am an up and coming new streamer who has some issues.

My stream buffers when i try to use more than 1500max bitrate settings
My internet speed is 100down/20upload so i would like to use the 3500 max bitrate setting if possible
I stream dota 2 and Hearthstone

Pc SPECS:
Graphics:Nvidia GeForce GTX 560
Procesor: Intel core I5 2550K CPU 3.40GHz
RAM: 8GB
system type: windows 7 64-bit operating system

Everything looks completely FINE, my pc is good enough and upload speed is high enough
but i still get buffers when USING over 1500bitrate.
Its a mistery wrapped in a riddle.

Are you sure the download is 100 Mbps?
Where are you?
Normal video streaming over the Internet only requires a modest bit rate.It is often 5 Mbps or less.
