Hi
If you go to Wikipedia, some CHART or photo have SVG format.
When you CHOOSE save as PICTURE or save photo, the save file is *.svg.
How can I convert them to photo (jpg, gif and ETC)?

You can convert it on that WEBSITE. I only discovered SVG format the other day on Wikipedia. I didn't bother to look for a way to convert them. I'm glad I know now.
