Solve : system driver is missing or corrupt .... volmgrx.sys?

My new Dell keeps doing a crash dump. IT came with VISTA and has been upgraded to Vista Ultimate 64. It keeps crashing. once when it restarted the page said Failed to Load; a critical system DRIVER is missing or corrupt file/WINDOWS/system32/drivers/volmgrx.sys.

Help.

I can't figure out what is going on and I have searched all over the web!Is your COMPUTER operable?
Do you still have Vista DVD?It is operable and I have the vista cd.
It also comes up with a "irql not less or equal to " most say that's related to Ram and i have run the windows memory diangnostic and it came back fineDownload, and install WhoCrashed: http://www.resplendence.com/download/whocrashedSetup.exe
Open it, click Analyze button.
WhoCrashed will create report.
