Solve : TAP driver installation problem?

I am using cyberghost 6 and when I try to connect it says it needs to download a driver I agree and then it says "error OCCURRED while installing TAP driver" I tried reinstalling cyberghost 6 and redownloaded the TAP FILES .....what should I do? win 10 HOME 64 bit.

[attachment deleted by admin to conserve space]Nevermind I fixed it turns out I needed to update my win 10 from 1607 build to 1703 and update it to the last version manuallyi did it using the iso file everything worked!
