Answer» I have very important software. It can install in other computer (Intel pentium III win XP,). But not in my computer(Intel Celeron IV 2.26GHz Win XP). The error message is "Module C:\festival\festival\win32\FestivalHLDiphone.dll failed to REGISTER. HRESULT -2147024770. Contact your support personal". Link to the .DLL file is http://wedagedara.zxq.net/FestivalHLDiphone.rar .Link to full software is http://www.ucsc.cmb.ac.lk/ltrl/projects/si/enduser.htm .Please can any one repair this .DLL file for me. The other computer don't have even an Internet CONNECTION. The software is fine work in it. The software is a Text to speech (Install a new voice to the computer that can TALK in my language.)
