Just read at Link Removed.To fix this issue I just USE a program called Unlocker. It does the job for me on a WINDOWS system.It SOUNDS like you are trying to COPY a file?

Try the safe mode.  Not all files load for the safe mode.

or change attributes:


C:\>attrib -R  file

( if you WANT to delete a file and the attribute is wrong use del /F )


C:\>del /F  file
