Solve : Toshiba Satellite 4005CDS Win 98 bootup problem?

If you continue running windows, your SYSTEM may becme unstable.
Do you want to continue Y or N.


When I press Y, I get tis message:

A FATAL exception 06 has occured at 916A:000003D6.
The crrent application will be terminated.

Press Cntrl, Alt, Del or continue.

By the way, I no longer have my Toshiba recovery or Wn 98 cd.
