Solve : tracking software help?

I need to find out if there is a tracking software that  I can get to track where my wife goes during the day on the internet. I believe she has email accounts and certain PEOPLE she emails and trades pictures with.
Is there anything that I can get to ASSIST me.
WINDOWS 7 is the OS.

Have you checked the browser history?

Personally, i don't think anybody will recommend 'tracking' software, firstly, there are probably legal ISSUES, and secondly, this is a domestic issue, not a computer problem! Sorry
