Answer» Hi, I am using a Window 7, why EVERYTIME i open the MS Word and Excel they always ask me to insert the product key ? When I insert the product key , it always says incorrect key. I am sure i insert the right product key? Please tell me what i have to do . Thanks.1. If you are asking about MS Office on Windows 7, why did you POST in the DOS section? 2. Where did you get the product key? Some systems are being sold with TRIALS of Office products and when the trial is up you need to use a key. The key is not same as the OS key. You will have to buy from Micro$OFT a key to activate it if that is the case.
