Would anyone know where I can get TWAIN drivers for a Dell Precision 420?

I have a new Lexmark x8350 and it will print & copy but not scan...the Dell pc and the Lexmark all-in-ONE aren't speaking to one another and it's DRIVING me nuts LoL

Any suggestions?

Lexmark claims I need the TWAIN drivers, but at the moment nothing is working with it. If I can get the OLDER drivers installed I can at least printer & copy.

The printer claims to work with win 2000 so that shouldn't be the problem, but apparently the dell pc and the lexmark printer aren't speaking to one another.Quote

Why not to call tech support?First time I called tech support they TOLD me I needed TWAIN drivers from Dell.

Second time, they had me set up the all-in-one center, but I had to go before it got finished, so I'm going to try a third time tomorrow and hope they have better answers this time.

I did go to the dell website, but they don't have TWAIN drivers for the model I have on their website.One more thing to try...
Go Start>Run, type in:
services.msc
Click OK.
Look for Windows Image Acquisition
Make sure it's not disabled.
